The location of the hotel was superb, with magnificent views and beautiful surroundings. You could even watch the sunrise from your bunk. the facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen and even a hairdryer in the shower. the terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
There was no personal contact with the staff since it was a contactless check-in. This made it difficult to address issues such as a light that couldn't be switched off at night.
